Shri P.K. Sinha, who belongs to the 1977 batch of Indian Administrative Service, did his graduation in Economics from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi. Thereafter, he did post-graduation in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.

Dr. P.K. Mishra, at present Additional Principal Secretary to Prime Minister of India, has, as a former member of the Indian Administrative Service, varied work experience (holding senior positions) in field organizations as well as at the policy-making levels of the government. He headed a Task Force of the Union Home Ministry, during 2012-13, to review the Disaster Management Act, 2005. He also chaired a committee constituted by the Union Agriculture Ministry to review the working of crop insurance schemes. Mr. Sanjay Kothari is a Haryana Cadre IAS Officer from 1978 batch with a Master’s Degree in Physics and Master in Business Administration from United Kingdom. He has worked as District Magistrate, Gurgaon; Home Secretary, Union Territory of Chandigarh and Chairman, Managing Director, Director and Secretary, Haryana Tourism. He has also been Secretary, Revenue and Rehabilitation, Personnel, Health, Cultural Affairs and Public Relations in the State of Haryana. In the Government of India, he has worked in the Ministry of Tourism, Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Pension Departments. Since August, 2014 he has been appointed as Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training.

Shri Chirravuri Viswanath belongs to the 1981 batch of Indian Administrative Service and is presently holding charge of Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Pensions & Pensioners’ Welfare in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions since 2nd May, 2016.

Shri Pramod Kumar Das is a Member of the Indian Administrative Service of Madhya Pradesh cadre belonging to 1986 batch. He did his post-graduation in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 1983 and Masters in Development Management from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines in 2002.He joined Department of Personnel & Training in June, 2012. Prior to this, he has served the State Government of Madhya Pradesh in various capacities both at the field level and State level. He has worked as Sub-Divisional Officer and District Collector.

Mr. Yuri Afanasiev is the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in India. He assumed his duties in July 2015. Prior to his current position Mr. Afanasiev served for 10 years as the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Croatia.

Shri Jaco Cilliers is the Country Director of UNDP in India. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Resident Representative for UNDP in Uzbekistan, where he was responsible for the management and coordination of Programme and Operations. He also worked with UNDP Cyprus as Senior Programme Manager and Head of Office.

Dr.R.D.Ravindran graduated in medicine from Stanley Medical College in 1981 and completed his residency in Ophthalmology leading to Masters in Ophthalmology from Madurai Medical College, Madurai.

Dr.Naresh Chandra Saxena was the topper of his batch in the Indian Administrative Service, which he joined in 1964. He retired as Secretary, Planning Commission, Govt of India (GOI). He also worked as Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, and Secretary Minorities Commission (GOI). He was Member of the National Advisory Council from 2004 to 2008 and 2010 to 2014. During 1993-96 he was Director, LalBahadurShastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, which trains senior civil servants. On behalf of the Supreme Court of India, Dr Saxena monitors hunger based programmes in India. Shri Baswan joined Indian Administrative Service in 1967 as an Officer of the Madhya Pradesh Cadre. Shri Padamvir Singh joined Indian Administrative Service in 1977 and was allocated to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He did his schooling from The Doon School, Dehradun and graduated in Economics Honours from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. Thereafter, after pursuing post graduate studies in Philosophy and Politics, he joined Indian Administrative Services.

Dr Gyanendra Badgaiyan is currently serving as the Director General of the National Centre for Good Governance; was working as a member of the IAS from 1991 to 2013 (January). Have worked as Chief Economist at UNDP and Research Fellow at UN University. As a member of the IAS, served in various policy and field level positions including Finance Secretary and Collector. Also taught at LBSNAA, Mussoorie as Professor, Economics. Studied Economics at Delhi School of Economics and Cambridge University and obtained PhD from Princeton University

Dr. Sunita H. Khurana is presently posted as Director, Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) since September 2015. She did her M.Phil in Economics from Guru Nanak Dev University in 1982 and M.Phil in Social Sciences from Punjab University in 2006. In 2013, she completed her Doctorate in Philosophy from Punjab University. Prior to joining ISTM, she has served in various Central Government Ministries. She has served as Deputy Secretary in Ministry of Urban Development (1999-2006); as Director in Ministry of Rural Development (2006-2012); as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Defence (2012-2013); and as Joint Secretary in National Commission for Women (2013-2015).

Ms. Sarika Aggarwal Synrem is a career civil servant. She joined Indian Defence Accounts Service in 2001. She has served in various capacities in providing important financial advice, payment, accounting and internal audit functions in respect of Army, Air Force, Border Roads Organisation etc. Ms. Synrem assumed the charge of the Director, Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute on deputation w.e.f. September, 2015.

He is working as Director of Research, Revitalizing Rainfed Agriculture Network, India. Ashwini Chhatre is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with research interests broadly centered on the dynamic cross-scale interactions between democratization, economic development, and environmental governance. Ashwini was the Giorgio Ruffolo Post-doctoral Fellow in Sustainability Science, Harvard University in 2007.
